AOL soll laut Tecchannel daran interessiert sein, Tradedoubler zu übernehmen. AOL soll bereits ein Angebot über 900 Mio. Dollar unterbreitet haben. Die Führung von Tradedoubler soll diesem Angebot zugestimmt haben.

Das ist jetzt eine etwas überraschende Meldung, aber Tradedoubler scheint schon ganz gut zu Advertising.com zu passen.
Update: Das Management-Team und einige Aktionäre mit Anteilen von etwa 20 Prozent empfehlen die Offerte von AOL bzw. sind bereit zu diesem Kurs an AOL zu verkaufen. Mich hat heute morgen schon etwas gewundert das der Gebotspreis nur 8 Prozent über dem letztem Schlußkurs liegt (Tradedoubler ist seit letztem Jahr börsennotiert). Der schwedische Pensionsfonds Alecta hat angekündigt seine Anteile an Tradedoubler um 2 Prozent auf über 10 Prozent der Anteile an Tradedoubler zu erhöhen. Man möchte ganz offensichtlich AOL dazu zwingen sein Angebot zu erhöhen. So sieht es wohl auch die Börse. AOL bietet 215 SEK pro Aktie – aktuell wird Tradedoubler jedoch zu 227 SEK gehandelt. Ich vermute mal AOL wird noch einmal zumindest 10 Prozent drauflegen müssen um zum Zuge zu kommen. Das wird man wohl auch tun …
